Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will go on sale in India on Wednesday via Flipkart and Mi.com, from 12pm IST. To recall, the smartphone was launched in India in January with prices starting at Rs. 9,999.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is available in three variants in India. The 2GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 9,999, the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage model is priced at Rs. 10,999, and the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model is priced at Rs. 12,999. It is available in Gold, Grey, Matte Black, and Silver colour variants.
The Redmi Note 4 has been a very popular smartphone for the company in India. In March this year, Xiaomi announced that it sold 1 million units of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (Review) in India within 45 days of its first sale on January 23. The Chinese company further claimed that the Redmi Note 4 sales figures made it the fastest smartphone model in the country to sell 1 million units.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 64GB flaunts a 5.5-inch IPS LCD full HD (1,080 x 1,920 pixels)display and weighs 175 grams. It has a pixel density of 401ppi and measures 151 x 76 x 8.3mm. For processing the system, there are three processors namely - 2.1GHz dual-core Cortex A72 + 2GHz quad-core Cortex A53 + 1.4GHz quad-core Cortex A53. It is coupled with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T880 MP4 graphics engine. The system boots on Android v6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system and is available in three colours - gold, grey and silver.

In terms of photography, there is a 13MP main snapper (2.0 F aperture) inclusive of dual-color LED flash. Selfie lovers can capture images via 5MP front shooter. On the storage ground, the device houses an internal memory of 64GB which can be further expanded upto a massive 128GB via a microSD card.
Battery and Connectivity
In order to keep the show running for long hours, there is a 4,100mAh li-polymer battery which can run upto an entire day even in heavy usage. In normal usage, the battery can run upto two days and one can also navigate GPS around 12 hours. Connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G (supports Indian bands), 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi 802.11, a/ac/b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS with A-GPS, Glonass and USB Type C.
The Redmi Note 4 has a fingerprint snapper at the back which can not only unlock the phone but can also be used to pay for purchases and view private files (into the privacy of children or management mode).
