Beset agent and credit defaulter Vijay Mallya was captured on Tuesday by Scotland Yard on a removal warrant by India. He will be created under the steady gaze of the Westminster Magistrates' Court later in the day.
English specialists have educated the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) about the capture.
Mallya was later allowed safeguard, as per news organization Reuters which refered to media reports.
India had given a formal removal ask for Mallya according to the Extradition Treaty amongst India and the UK through a note verbale on February 8.
